Trying to achieve the sound in this link

I've been trying to figure this sound out for awhile now, heard it again recently. Does anybody have any tips on achieving the lead sound here?

I'm guessing a square wave with short attack and release. Maybe some unison, and a short slap-back delay (i.e., no feedback so there's only one repeat)...finish it off with some reverb.
