Trap Triplets

Any one have any tips or suggestions on how to incorporate triplets in my trap beats? I am a beginner and have been making beats for about 1 1/2 years and just realized a lot of modern trap uses triplets lol any one have good tips or any video suggestions for using triplets in trap? Not only for drums, but also melodies. also besides triplets what else is used in modern trap beats? im talking about metro boomin, tm 88, southside type trap.

Practice making closed high hat grooves, typical trap flair, then do triplet fills at the end of a bar. once you get the basic idea, start moving on to stuff like snare fills and such. I usually hear triplets used as a fill, rather than a groove itself, but there are cases where triplets are the groove, especially in the EDM version of Trap.
