Total Noob Here. How do I create this sound?

Easiest way I would do this (in ableton) would be to make the sound you need (a short plucky sound, quick attack, with reverb to your taste), you can either do this, or perhaps find and tweak a preset you find (the sound is pretty easy in massive).... write your single note melody on the piano roll, and then simply put an arpeggiator on it and tweak to suit.
