the best way to make sounds sound like this one is to start testing a huge variety of synths... you got to play with keyboards!!!

so melody is

A-A-A-A-A-A-B-B-B-C#-C#-G#-A-A-A-A-A-A-D-D-D-C#-C#-G#

until the rush up and the bend goes from the A to F# above then continues

F#-F#-F#-F-E-F#-F#-F#-F-E- then bend down to the A and finish

Chords could be A-Bm-F#m-A-D-F#m or F#m-Bm-C#m-F#m-D-C#m depending on your preference for these first section and then a simple repeated F#m in the second section
