Is there vst for micro changing when instrument will hit?

Hi, I dont know ho to say it in English, but for example if I got a kick and clap and I want clap to hit few miliseconds before or later then kick, it is there vst that will make the job?Instead of me moving sample little to the right or left?Also it would be great if it would work for synths-midi..

Why don't you want to manipulate it manually? It's not particularly difficult...

Set the swing in quantise and hit the quantise button... Job done!

Or use a delay, you can also set each track out of time depending on DAW.

There is probably a humaniser VST but I wouldn't see the point in it. Some plugins, samplers, drum machines have a humaniser setting control.
