Tape Stop Effect Question

What's the best plugin or effect to reverse the tape stop effect? I have a decent tape stop plugin but usually I have to manuaally sample and reverse it to create the drop and piock back up type effect .. ( i don't know the official names)

Glitch or Glitch2 are good examples. But I use GrossBeat (from Image-Line) for it.

Ya I use gross beat as well. Whatever your DAW (digital audio workstation) you probably have a similar effect in there, you just have to find the name of it. Don't do it manually lol that's way too much work.
