What are the high pitched rising noises in the beginning when it is low passed out?

Those are some generic synths with an LP filter in my opinnion, just add a little bit of reverb and unison

Sounds sort of like a bell to me with a high cutoff

to be honest it sounds like transformed water gongs both in and out of the water - i.e. a sample of a water gong in two positions that is then high-passed/low-passed and bit-crushed with some modulation from a flanger
