Stuttering effect that goes higher and faster

Hey fellas, i have a little question:

I want to make a sound like this: youtube.com/watch?v=_5xCkgqR69U
the sound is at 6:37, there's a sample looping faster and faster until it's becomes a new sound.


I tried to do this with Kontakt by looping a small part of a sample, but i didn't manage to get the speed be that fast.
I use Cubase by the way...


how can I make this sound?

i actually tried this one, it's pretty good but it's doesn't go high enough and it's not too smooth..

there must be a way doing it with kontakt or something...
 
that IS most likely stutter edit but you have to tweak it...If you find one of the keys that has a similar stutter you can drop a pitch mod in it and adjust the bend range to go as high as you like.
 
thanks for the answers, but i got the solution!

you just take a good delay plugin, put the feedback on 100% so it's delaying endlessly, and then you just turn the delay time down to the lowest point. that's it [=
