stereo imaging and eq question ??

hey guys after i eq a sound , does it again awaken the other frequencies?
in other words do i have to eq that stereo imaged signal again in order to get the desired sound ?
 
I usually don't see a reason to EQ again after applying something that alters a stereo image, but if you feel you need to EQ again, then do it.
