I am very intrigued by the Tom starting at ~40. I was wondering if there were any other sounds layered to create the kick/tom, or if they used a certain filter/eq to get it sounding like that. Thank you
It's just a kick that is synced with the bass and possibly a dulled down low marimba tone played with soft yarn mallets - most of the sound is the meatiness of the bass sound
