what kind of sounds are you looking for? there's tons of banks for those synths around made by people who design sounds (for relatively cheap prices...like $20 or less sometimes). it's kind of just a matter of knowing what you want and searching for it or listening to demos of what's out there. there's prob people on here who have decently designed sounds for a reasonable price.

The minimum for something like that depending on size would be 5$.
Maximum could be as high as 200$ [Think bigass bundles] 800 presets minimum for a bundle of presets that large is a good start.
