So, I'm bad with theory -- what progression is most of this stuff?

I've been noticing that I dig a lot of songs with these Jazzy chords like these. I can't really pin them down though, or how to get a similar flow. They seem very R&B influenced. Jazzy-esque, sounds like there's a lot of diminished and augmented stuff in there. Any pointers?
