Shut it down Effect

Drake's "Shut it down" came on my itunes earlier and I was wondering how they manged to get that reverse atmospheric/ambient pad sound that he had on the second part of the song...I listened to it a few times and Im pretty sure they used some type of reverse effect?? Does anybody have an idea of exactly what they did?? Maybe what type of plugin used or effects?

i havnt listened to the song you're talking about.....but speaking on reverse effects.... could it possibly be reversed reverb?

the easy way to do that is to get a sample........ reverse it..... add your reverb...export it.....then import the reversed sample you just made...and reverse it again, so it is now in its original form... but you'll hear the effect of the reverb due to the reverse process you did.
