rnb whistle sound

I often hear a whistle sound in many of the rnb genre with a short portamento on. I just bought the Fantom G and after going through all the sounds I don't find anything close to that. I was wondering which synth or sound does it come from and how to achieve similar result.
 
I don't have enough post to give out link so just paste the youtube code below into the browser. Maybe that'll give ya some info of what I'm talking about. At 30 second the whistle come in. I heard some pitch bend and modulation, what type of whistle is it?

U mean sounds like the west coast whistle on old school west coast hip hop? Or more recently Mann buzzin?

What software do you have? There may be some tutorials on yoYouTube
