Reverb and theory

Can someone tell me the theory behind the melody in this beat? like the chord progression and stuff?

AND, the reverb on that piano, how can i make something like that for my self?

Sounds like a four chord progression, max. The "melody" is pretty simple; a sequenced pattern that follows the chords. I don't hear a lot of swing on the groove. As far as reverb, any longer reverb with a decent tail can work; try EQing the lows out (reverb, not source sound).
