Problem with notes

So here is the thing: I have melody in my head, i wanna put it in fl studio in piano roll, I know wich notes i need but the problem is the time between 2 notes, like the time between 2 notes is either too short or too long if i change tempo it's changing nothing it's even worse

Timing is hard to write out in piano roll, but have you tried recording yourself? You can record with Edison through the mixer. You'll need a midi keyboard or controller though.

You can just use your typing keyboard for this as well (if lacking a proper controller).

Anyway, the problem itself is understandable, but I'm not sure if there's an actual solution to it, besides learning to play it right, learning to adjust your sounds so they fit your vision & learning how MIDI note lengths relate to the sound coming out of a plugin or a synth. In other words, just keep at it.
