Polyphonic and Homophonic Texture in Modern Pop and Hip Hop ????

Can Someone give examples of polyphonic texture in any modern songs ? Every example I see is from hundreds of years ago and isnt really helping me get the whole concept

problem is I cannot think of anything off the top of my head that fits your bill

things like the Byrds 8 miles high and ELO rock aria are pinging around but they are really a homophonic texture with a great melody and bass line sandwiched around them

possibly talking heads road to nowhere opening vocal is a good example of homophony - many voice lines but in strict rhythmic and harmonic step, as is queen's somebody to love

I'll do some thinking and get back to you

two that just popped because of the queen reference is the Prophets song from night at the opera, also good company smae album

and then a few on sheer heart attack (3rd album) by queen
