Please let me know how I can make sounds like this

How's it going everyone,

I been trying to make a sound similar to the lead sound in twenty one pilots ride. Sort of sounds like a detuned saw with a square. But I just can't seem to get it right. I'm working with serum. Anyway here's a link to the song the sound is at like the 20 second mark
