Piano Chords

I'm just curious, does anyone have any idea when Dr. Dre plays those high pitch piano chords does anyone have any idea if those are 3 note 4 note 5 note, etc.

Basically what I'm trying to get at is in music is there a such thing as "the majority of chords are created using 5 notes..etc"

Hopefully I'm making sense...thanks guys!!

I'd say mostly 4 note chords... Some 3 or 5 in between. But remember a song can sound fine whith only 3 note chords as long as you got a good progression and melody built around it.

Are you tlaking about the high pitched g-funk whine? I don't think those are chords...
 
Thanks Soulboy, I'm quite new to this music stuff. I wasn't sure if 3 note chords were effective or not.
