Pendemic produced by Street Runners...any VST's out there to get that bass?

On Fat Joe's latest album, the track Pendemic has this crazy raw resonating bass throughout the song. It is only 2 notes that sustain and that completes the bassline for this song. Any ideas on where I can get that sound? Let's get a list going of VST's that have a bass sound like this one. I know that standalone Spectrasonic's Trilogy can get this sound but I can't get my hands on that program.
 
I love the mix on that song too. Esp. the bass, but I don't mess with vst's. You can probably acheive that bassline in reason with the proper eq'ing.

Using which device in Reason?

ALso, does anyone know how to create bass notes using sine wav's and triangles in SoundForge? I remember reading something about that.
