Needing help with synth design

Hello,

I am having a hard time attempting to recreate the pad/synth chords from the song posted below. It's the pad/chords that fade in at the very beginning, right after Big Sean speaks, and played through out in the background. I know Xaphoon Jones uses a ton of samples, so it is possible that it's just a sample, but I would still like to create a synth with a similar, if not, identical sound. I use Maschine, Logic Pro and Reason 5. If anyone knows a good way to get that sound using any of the three programs I listed, please share! It would be greatly appreciated!

saw waves my dude..

open some of your synths up and get about 3 or 4 saw waves going..and detune them each slighty from eachother..shape the sound with your ADSR envelopes..throw some filters on it..and you should have it pretty close
