Need help with those chord stabs

Hey guys!

I'm trying to reach some 5th chords (I guess) stabs to do some "'jazzy" sounds, but i'm not going so well on it.
I tried with sylenth, operator, but my stabs sucks!
Any tips to chord stabs?? How much oscillators do I have to use? The waveforms? The notes?

My reference is something like this 0:50:


Or even this, btw, how do I reach this "granular" or "noisy" sound?

so the chords there are simple enough they consist of 3rd-5th-octave as a voicing and are using a simple poly-saw patch
