Music composition videos (not hiphop)

I mean music composition by professional producers or musicians. It'd be great to see how they work. I'm kinda past the "how to click in a couple of kicks and snares in FL" kind of videos.

So far i found making of "We are the world" videos on youtube quite good, especially when you get to see the actual recording process. Anyone stumbled upon anything similar?

there was just one on a futuremusic dvd--

damn i cant remember now. was it aquanote....??

i dont remember, BUT, it wasnt really that good, so no big loss. it was cool, but not really anything in depth at all. just like those point and click youtube videos, but not hip hop...

yeah I think they do it every month on Computer Music magazine's cover DVDs. I didn't know about futuremusic
