Whats the best site for downloading midifiles? I want to find files where the tracks are already named. That way it's easier to rebuild the track with the "right" instruments.
 
You probably already know this, but if you open up the channel settings in FL studio, it's sepcified what GM instrument is used on that specific channel. Saves a lot of time. Just in case you didn't know:)
 
Yo, I got into this like 6 months back...wasted like a week playing with MIDI files and redoing them...Had that STill DRe and California LOVE sounding RIGhT, lol

Like dude said, just search MIDI...there are sooo many sites. Some better than others, but at the same time just know some of the files are better than others (as far a groove and closeness of instruments to original)...have fun
 
I think I'm going to waste a week also...I'm already addicted:) I have learned so much the last two days...now I want more:)
