Hi guys, so ive been following this producer for a while now and I love his melodies.

I was wondering how he achieves this, does he do something which I can practice too?
What kind of chrods, arpeggiators etc.

My piano skills are really basic btw, so please be gentle with you explenations.

can't find the track it has probably been hit by the swear word filter......

find a way to put the link so that we can see what word to insert at the end (f * c k should work) for example
 
seems to be simple scale runs with the odd skipped passage (3rds instead of 2nds which might be parts of chords) - the scale in use is the Mixolydian mode on C#/Db which makes it an F#/Gb major scale centered on C#/Db

i.e. C#-D#-E#-F#-G#-A#-B-C# / Db-Eb-F-Gb-Ab-Bb-Cb-Db

lots of repeated notes

the whole thing seems to be played in octaves at some points and as a single line at others
