Learning chords & progressions question

Whats up everyone? I have a question about learning chords and making progressions. I am trying to learn as many chords as possible. But can someone help me on how i go about putting certain chords together that actually sound good together. I guess waht I am asking is.... how do i know what chords will sound good together in order to use them in my beats? Thank you in advance to anyone that helps me out!

yea i know you hear theory, but its truth, chord progression can be broken down to a formula, check it out
