I'm sure this question has been asked in different ways over a million times, but how can I achieve that thump/pound that the kick in Smoking Good- JD Era has? A guy that made an instrumental remake did it perfectly, but I can't seem to get my samples to sound right. I think I don't have the right kick sample. Do you guys know what kick sample or a similar sounding sample I can use to eq the kick into sounding like it does in the beat? youtube.com/watch?v=DQ2yE8ttOks
