Intro effects

Hello FP! I am working on my.. let's say "corporate" track (the ones in need for video projects) and wanted to ask you, how do you get these intro rising effects? Are these some samples or it can be created in some kind of VST? Thanks in advance!

Basics would be a LPF filter slowly automating the cutoff higher. Can be done in VST or within a DAW quite simply.
