i have a sequence in thor step sequencer...im trynna figure out how to save it the sequencer in reason...like....its just playing in the thor window..im trynna record it 2 a midi track...
 
well their is one way to send the track by rewiring it to some DAW(Digital Audio Workstation) and then getting the output.

Is there no right click 'copy pattern to track' option in thor like in redrum? I have not tried yet so i can't say for certain or not.

I don't think you can . I guess you can hook up a matrix and
send thr notes to the track that way
