I just wanna know the most efficient way to utilise an MPC and a DAW?

Would you compose an 8 bar loop on the MPC and track all hits to your daw to further tweak there?

I guess this would be easier, coz you got a bigger screen to work with and all the effects of your daw..

If you need variation, go back to your MPC, program something then track again.
 
Sounds a good plan to me even though I don't do much drum programming. How'd you sync up the DAW and MPC timewise, if it isn't a dumb question (I'm not an expert).

Your DAWs quantisation and humanisation are probably better too.
