how to slide a chord????

I know you can slide a note with legato but is there a way to make a chord slide to a chord???

im sure theres a way to do it easily, i couldnt tellyou tho... little creative solution might be to just have multiple tracks of the same instrument, each of which had one note of the chord, going to the other. not exactly sure how well that would work though :/,

unless you are moving to exact same voicing of exact same chord type there is no easy solution -

e.g.

major to major in 1st inversion no problem

minor 1st inversion to major root position won't be so easy

anything else needs to be done on a voice by voice basis across multiple tracks using the same portamento settings for the same pre-set (so any fancy automation you have for the sound itself, may have to go out the window). You may be able to apply group automation to a grouping channel, i.e. volume and eq and fx sends but any automation of vst parameters will be tricky at best and hopeless at worst
