How to re-create this synth? Hoover kind of synth

A sawwave at a lower octave, with 3 unison voices, detune it until it sounds right (but it's a rough detune).
Add some white noise.
Add a lowpassfilter, and add some resonance, and dial the lowpass down a hint until you get the right lightly harsh sound.
ADSR settings: superfast decay and a little higher sustain (to more make a pop or transient in the sound), and a medium fast releasetime.

One thing I'm not sure of, is that it sounds like the artist has in the processing chain added a formant pitch shaper, and brought it down a little bit so it sounds more lowpitched.
