How to make trance bass paterns

Hey im new here, site looks great :). So i´ve been using ableton for a month or so, i´ve been watching youtube tutorials as well but i just can´t get my bass sound like suncatchers bass (behind your smile suncatcher remix) [wont let me post link s] . Could someone show me with a screenshot or a link what pattern(s) are used for this? The rolling bassline i made to get something similar didnt work i must be placing notes in the wrong places. thanks.
 
should look something like this, although some producers like to leave out the bottom notes and use a second bass under it
