How to make these Pads ?

Hello guys,

I would like to know if you have any idea what kind of note are played to make the pads from this track (pops around 0:15). I'm more interested into the tonality than the sound design. I've tried many chords but I guess this is minor but I can't get something to sound "dark" like this, it's always to shiny.

Sounds like a G# minor triad in 2nd inversion (D# G# B) played with a saw wave and some cutoff automation on the filter.

The second chord is some type of triad. (1,3,4) Can't remember what the quality is. But the notes are (E, G#, A#)
