How to make/find this bell.

This is the kind of bell I longed to have. Does anybody know where to find a bell like this? I have Nexus with full expansion pack but none seem to come close. I mix it a little bit on the 'lib' tab but not too satisfy with the result.

 
actually not a bell but a slightly filtered high piano note - could come close trying to play a xylophone with plastic mallets but it would still not sound right
 
Sounds more like a synth than a filtered piano to me. I'm definitely going to try that with a piano though. I've made some sounds kind of like this with Massive and Reaktor Prism is pretty good for bells.
 
it has a piano key envelope and sounds like the una corde pedal is down as well as the damper pedal which is creating the filtered effect - have you ever sat ata piano and tried allthree pedals to hear the difference they make to a sound?
 
I do agree it sound alot like a snyth oscillator but damped. Maybe a mallet layered underneath it. Who knows. I'll try to layer it with a piano and see.
