How to join a sample from multiple samples

Hi, I've three samples of the same sound divided like this: "low","mid","high" in WAV format. How can I join an only sample in WAV format from multiple samples of the same sound with FL Studio or another editing audio software? I would create a file like this:
we.tl/MHTCUJOvF6

I'm not totally sure what you're asking but based on what I think you're saying... You could route them all to a send and use it to put effects on them all at once (example compress them a little bit or whatever else), or you could just export that section of the project with only the 3 samples playing and everything else muted and then use that? Is that at all what you're asking about?
