How to get kicks like this???

The kicks are very distorted sounding like they past the 0dB but are not way higher than the rest off the song.

How do I make my kicks sound like this??

Starts at :13
 
Step 1) Record over-blown, crappy-sounding, distorted kick drum sound
Step 2) Compress the snot out of it with at least a 10:1 ratio
Step 3) "Brick-wall limit" the resulting compressed sample and max-out the volume even more
Step 4) Use the sample in a track, while mixing over-all volume at about the same level as snare and other elements of the rhythm part
