how to get that arpeggio sound?

hi guys
im wondering how to get that sounds that come in 0:22
i know this is made from arpeggio but i dont know what this waveform is
anyone who knows??

Sounds like a square wave to me. Add some reverb. You'll have to wait for someone with more knowledge about sound design to help you get the 'exact' sound.
 
composite square/saw patch, a touch of delay, moderately bright filter settings no resonance

it is not an arpeggio as such but rather a split descending scale run in 3rds e.g. 8-6-7-5-6-4-5-3-4-2-3-1
