How do you get past writers block for melodies?

Been stuck in a rut writing the same melodies over and over again.

No matter what I do, I always end up subconsciously writing something that I later realize sounds like a track I've already heard.

If your still writing them i wouldn't call it writers block. Perhaps try to experience different genres of music you havn't heard before and emulate other styles.

Also i wouldn't worry if your melodies sound a little similar they're probably still worth using as long as there's enough difference.

I would definitely stop what I was doing and go and listen to some other music or maybe even other genres and then come back.
