how do i recreate this guitar digitally

You could probably add effects to a guitar using Amplitube or Guitar Rig. Some effects I hear on it are tremolo, reverb, distortion, and it may be going through a cabinet. Only listened to it twice so I can't tell you exactly what was used and how it was used.

As for the actual guitar, try using a sample library for a guitar. A few examples would be Real Guitar, Kontakt/Komplete, or whatever comes with your DAW.
