how do i make this synth?

Pretty much a thin saw wave, possibly with a pulse over the top. with a cutoff around 4khz or something. It has glide or portamento in order to allow the slide effect. The reverb sounds like a fairly large room reverb. In the second section, it sounds like a square wave has been added to the mix in order to add flow and progression to the arrangement. Thats my opinion anyway.
