How do I get this sound?

start by asking in the right part of the forums (Either in getting started or theory)

then do lots of listening to existing music in this style so that you can narrow down the area you want to start writing in

then study jazz harmony, chord progressions, rhythmic variety and melody writing

the problem at the moment is that this question is too broad to even begin to answer half decently

I'm new to producing, and I would like to know how to get a neo soul/soulful beat sound? Creating chords in this genre etc.
Also, if there's any tutorials out there lmk
