Maybe some eq and compression. I hear some reverb on the clap too. It's all up to you though.

Yeah just a light snare, layered with a clap and a tambourine with some reverb on it. Nothing hard

try vengeance samples, they have a bunch of layered clap/snares...

Find some decent sound packs with a regular customer base. Find similar sounding clap/snare. Layer if necessary, adjusting volumes. Use effects perhaps on the clap a bit, maybe some soft reverb to get that aftertaste and of course basic EQ until it sounds "right" to you. I'd just layer some claps, not hearing too hard of a snare on the hit.
