how do i get nice calm sounding chords?

How's it going everybody im over here practically ripping my hair out because every sound i make for my chord progressions sound exactly the same. Im a sylenth user and i woule love to achieve a nice calm plucking chord sound like the song below

Not at home at the moment but this guy does a decent job, most important is a couple of saw oscs, a lowpass filter, and a plucky envelope (you can also mess with pitch envelopes to add a bit of "tick" but if you push it too far you'll get lazer sounds). Hope that helps, this is a really basic sound, experiment and you will learn.
