That's a Future Garage bass (a bit brighter tho).
Pick a sawtooth and pitch it down, stack +-4 unison voices and detune them, lowpass the sound, play with some resonance, play with some keyboardtracking to the filter, some light distortion, maybe some chorus, and you're good to go.
