how do I create this synth? (weird inside)

starts at :36 seconds, and was wondering how to recreate it, and what type of synth would this be classified as?
 
So, it sounds like they've used a pulse wave, some light white noise, a low detuned saw wave, and maybe slight distortion. It's not one sound, it's layered. So, you'll need to use multiple oscillators to achieve that sound.

I do recommend, however, trying to steer from trying to recreating and using another artist's sound because that will make it harder for you to stand out in a crowd. Best wishes!
