How do i create this sound?? Please, someone!

How can I create that sound effect in the song "Aston Martin Music"? It first comes in at 00h:00m:11s in the music video (every 3 seconds onward). The same sound was also in K. Michelle's song "Miss You, Goodbye". How can I duplicate it? It's that thing that sounds kinda like "ch-kh"...:hmmm::bigeyes:
 
Are you talking about the synth or the drums? I'm confused. It would help if you posted a link to the one your listening to.

I think he's talking about the drum that hits before the snare. I may be wrong but I'm 90% sure that it's just some conga/bongo sample, which shouldn't be too hard to find. They also put a second hit after the initial with much lower velocity to make a delay effect.
