How to create a Kick bass slide in like this?? Please help I've been racking my head

I'm trying to create a kick bass slide in pitch like this loop here.
Notice when it first drop the bass is being pitched up and then it slides into a kick at a different pitch. How can I create that? I know about the slide effect in FL Studio but I can't seem to pull this off myself. Any help will be appreciated

Modulate the pitch (any parameter that affects the pitch) to "fall" down after the note is struck... Or you can draw an automation inside your DAW...
