How to compose a piano melody like this???

I would consider it smooth r&b sounding.

I don't wanna play the same exact chords just curious on finger positions and what I should keep in mind when composing melody of this structure

I know deep chords are played but not the process on going about playing like this

I'm sure others will give you other advice, but I think a good start would be running your fingers up and down the keys to hear how they sound and playing around to get familiar with the sound. Use keys of different octaves together and simple chord progressions and you got it.

Those 2 songs are fairly easily freestyled stuff IMO.
