How the achieve this pad sound???

It doesn't just sound a like pad.

It has low end that comes in and out.

What kind of pad is this? And how to achieve this?

Sounds like a sample to me, with a bunch of reverb throwed on it, then it's sampled again with the reverb on it and sliced up, and then you have a very heavy lowpass applied to it with a steep cutoff.

disagree this is a preset on a keyboard playing the same motif over and over

take a simple two source subtractive synth module like subtractor or any of the 3osc variants

I'd start with a square wave,
shift the duty cycle to something like 35%/65%, increases that hollow effect,
then adjust the adsr for the filter and vca to be 1-8-5-2;
filter as a 24db lpf, cutoff set to 3 and resonance about 4,
maybe use two waveforms and detune one by +3 cents the other by -4

additionally apply a very slow lfo to the resonance so that it is further modulated over time
